We know that in this economy, you are cautious as to where you spend your hard earned money. We understand that, the economy has affected all of us. We decided to make our Deal Of The Day sites in order to offer our valued customers a super low price. We have made some deals with our suppliers so that we could bring you the lowest price possible.
We have a NO REFUNDS policy in effect, no exceptions.
When you place your order, your credit card is only authorized, it is not charged, until your order is processed and we make sure that your order is in stock. Sometimes due to these low prices, a product may run out of stock in certain sizes. If this happens, we will let you know and possibly offer you a similar item if available. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order is ready to ship.
When possible, we will do a size exchange for you. Again, due to these low prices, some items may run out of stock in some or all sizes. If we are able to do a size exchange for you, please be advised that you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the address we provide you and you will be responsible for paying for shipping of the exchanged item(s). This is the only way we can offer these super low prices for everyone.
The best thing you can do is make sure you order the correct size to begin with in order to avoid extra expense and time with doing a size exchange. MOST size exchanges (about 98% are for LARGER sizes, not smaller sizes), so keep this in mind. If in doubt, order the larger size.
When you order from us, you agree to the following terms:
* No Refunds, No Exceptions
* In the rare event that you receive a defective product, you must contact us via email immediately. Our email address is bikerleather@gmail.com Make sure to give your order number, name, etc. so that we can help you asap.
* Size Exchanges ONLY when product is available
* You MUST email us to get a EMA# (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) number.
* Do NOT under any circumstances send an order to our address withOUT an EMA#. This is because for a size exchange you will be sending the item(s) back to our suppliers warehouse for a size exchange. There are many different suppliers we use and if you send the item(s) back to us, we will in turn have to ship the item back to the correct supplier costing YOU more money and take a longer time to get your other item back.
* You must contact us within 3 days after you receive your order. If you do not contact us within that time, we will not be able to do a size exchange.
* You agree not to do a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us a $30.00 fee which is more than the small profit we make on each item.
* If you do not agree with the above, then please do not purchase from us.
* These policies are only in effect so that we can keep our prices as low as possible for everyone.
Please know that your business IS appreciated here and we will do our best to exceed your expectations as to the product(s) you receive from us.
Products do not come with any warranty. We are not the manufacturer and therefore cannot warranty any products. In the extremely rare event that you receive an item that is defective, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
